Unused/unopened products will receive a refund with a 20% restock fee deducted. For used/opened products, you will receive a 50% refund. Item(s) must be sent back to us within 7 days from the day you received it, and we will issue a refund within 5 days of receiving your item(s). If you return an item(s) you will buy and pay for the shipping label to us. We will deduct any shipping fees we may have paid to ship your original order. If your returned “new unopened” products arrive to us as damaged, then we cannot refund you, but we will be happy to send them back to you.
